Is shipping fee applicable to my order?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 999. For international deliveries, a fixed fee of Rs. 1199 per order will be charged, regardless of size or weight. Our aim is to provide transparent and economical shipping options, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our global customers.
When will my order be dispatched?
A tracking link will be provided upon shipping of your order. For customized jewelry, please allow up to 14 days for customization and shipping.
Delivery Time: Estimated duration of delivery?
We collaborate with top-notch logistics partners in India to ensure a flawless delivery experience for your precious jewellery. Once your order is confirmed, we usually dispatch it within 48 hours.
Can I receive expedited or same-day delivery for my order?
We regret to inform you that at this time, we do not offer expedited or same-day shipping. However, our stores in select cities may offer alternative options for you. For assistance in locating the nearest store, please visit our Store Locator on Silver World’s website. We are actively pursuing partnerships with industry leaders to provide same-day delivery service in the near future. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
How to check the status of your order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via text message, email, and even WhatsApp from us. This notification will include the details of our trusted delivery partner along with your unique tracking ID.
Do you offer nationwide delivery services?
We offer delivery services to a wide range of Pin-Codes across India, catering to the needs of customers from all regions of the country. In order to determine whether we can deliver to your specific location, kindly visit the product page and enter your Pincode. Can the shipping address be modified after placing the order?

Payment & Refunds
What Payment Methods Are Accepted At Silver World?
We offer a range of payment options for your convenience. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment.
If payment has been deducted but you have not received a confirmation of your order, please follow the professional steps outlined below.
Upon receipt of payment, please allow 25-30 minutes for confirmation via email or text message. If 24 hours have passed without confirmation, please contact us via call, email, or chat for further assistance. If the payment has been received, we will manually create and ship your order. In the event the payment has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
Do customers have to pay additional fees besides the quoted price on the website?
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes. Rest assured that what you see on the website is what you pay. <br>If you are ever asked to pay anything extra, kindly reach out to us immediately and we will do everything in our power to assist you.
What is the COD threshold for payment?
Please consider using a digital payment method for orders above Rs. 5000. However, you may opt for a COD option on orders below Rs. 5000. Thank you for your understanding.
Where can I expect the refunded amount for my returned order?
For prepaid orders, refunds can be issued to the original source account.
Refunds for COD orders can be received in any bank account of your choosing.
How long does it take for a refund to be reflected in my account?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of cancellation or return received at our warehouse. Prepaid orders will receive their refund credited to their account within 7 to 10 days from the date of initiation.
When can I expect to receive a refund for my returned order?
We process refunds promptly within 72 hours of receiving the product in our warehouse.
For pre-paid orders, refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account once the refund is initiated.
For COD orders, you will receive an email and SMS notification. A Razorpay payout link will be provided, where you will need to fill in your account details. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
For any combination of the above, all refunds will be issued in proportion to the payments received, including partial refunds.
Orders, Returns, Replacement & Exchange
What is your return policy without any questions asked?
We are pleased to offer our valued customers a seamless shopping experience with our 7-day return, refund, exchange and replacement policy commencing from the date of delivery. Kindly note, this policy excludes Coins, Utensils, Perfumes, God Idols, Rakhis and Candles. It’s important to return the items in their original packaging and ensure they have not been used. Refunds will be processed by SilverWorld after inspecting the returned items.
How may I return my order if dissatisfied with the product?
Please be advised that the return pickup process may take up to three business days to complete. Should your return pickup not be scheduled within this time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us through your preferred support channel – whether that be via phone, email, or chat.
Can I make an exchange for a different product in case of dissatisfaction?
We understand that different preferences may arise, which is why we offer exchange options for items that don’t meet your satisfaction, are faulty, or were received incorrectly. This policy is valid for 7 days after delivery. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction. Please be aware that any price differences will be collected or refunded accordingly in the event of an exchange.
What is the process for obtaining a refund for returned orders?
We process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the product in our warehouse. <br>For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source. <br> For COD orders, refunds are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link. We provide the link to customers who opt for a return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the correct payment acceptance mode. <br>For any combination of the above, all refunds will be done in the same proportion as the received payments, including partial refunds.
What is the protocol for returning a product after the return window has expired?
